The only bad experience was that I had my appointment cancelled and rescheduled 6 times between December and May.
Dr. Chouinard was direct, attentive and a good communicator as well as being very personable. A great combination.

My experience with Dr. Chounaird was very good. He listens and also collaborates on decisions regarding my health and medications. My experience with getting an appointment was terrible. I had 3 appointments over several months with Dr. Houlihad scheduled and cancelled by Duly and then was dismissed from her practice and my first visit with Dr, Chounaird was made through Duly scheduling and then cancelled by Duly as well.
