Dr. Bux is great, sad to see her go. The rest of the staff was cordial and helpful!
I will miss Dr. Bux! I have seen some other Duly doctors who shut down my questions/concerns by simply saying no that's not what's wrong with you. Mostly without even touching me or ordering any tests to see if my concerns were valid. Yes I understand they are the doctors and know more than me, but it's my body which I am most familiar with. Dr. Bux listened to every concern, ran labs to see results and has helped me lose 20 pounds without just saying that I wasn't working out enough or eating right like the other doctors had said. She actually told me how to eat, giving me a protein goal and a water goal to hit each day. Goals are attainable when I know what to do and Dr. Bux was the only one to give me specifics. Telling someone to eat better and work out more is too vague and not helpful without giving direction. I first saw her because I had recently turned 44 and just felt off. I wasn't sleeping well, was always tired even If I had managed to sleep a full night and had gained weight without changing any diet or routines. Now I feel so much better! I wish Dr. Bux well with her new life journeys, but will truly miss her on my health journey!!
Dr. Bux is an excellent physician. I have been blessed by her expertise, warmth and skill.
My entire experience was excellent. I Felt completely at ease with the nurse, taking my vitals and especially with Dr. Bux. I specifically wanted a female physician, and I'm sorry to Hear that she will be leaving and not coming back. She was very clear when answering my questions about options and general health.
