I have a strong focus on preventive medicine, maintaining long-term health and wellness with life style changes and weight management . My practice style is patient-focused and personalized with minimal medications. I spend time with my patients to discuss their lifestyle and habits. I also treat complex issues with focus on secondary prevention such as diabetes/hypertension/obesity to name few conditions. I am culturally and emotionally sensitive of my patients.
I spend my time doing yoga to meditate and relieve stress. I also exercise daily - "I practice what I preach". I also spend my time reading and listening to music.
