Clinical Interests

As a registered dietitian and diabetes care and education specialist, I provide education and support to empower patients to understand diabetes management and prevent complications. I provide personalized nutrition strategies and lifestyle tools needed to make significant improvements in long-term blood sugar control.

Personal Interests

When I am not working with patients or reading up on the latest nutrition science, you’ll often find me cheering on my kids at their sports games, trying new recipes in the kitchen, reading or going for a run! These activities help me stay balanced and inspired in both my personal and professional life.
