I aim to empower my patients to make the best decisions possible for their health. Being hospitalized is often an unplanned and overwhelming experience. My goal is to use my experience and training to help patients and their families understand their diagnosis and treatment options and make the right choices for each patient. I will coordinate each patient's care throughout their admission to deliver timely and effective services so they can get home quickly and safely.

Overall, I had a very good experience! Both the nurse and Dr. Decker were very sympathetic yet straightforward. Dr. Decker was very good at giving it to me straight, while acknowledging my habits as normal at the end of the day. Would definitely see him again!

I had a fantastic experience and greatly appreciated Dr. Decker's approach to medicine and wellness, as well as his friendly and professional demeanor. Additionally I had to change some information with the receptionist and appreciated the ease in which I was able to do that as well.
