I provide individualized, comprehensive care that integrates biological, psychotherapeutic, and psychosocial approaches. I see each patient as a whole person—unique, valued, and deserving of care thoughtfully tailored to their individual needs. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and have lived most of my life in the United States. Being part of different cultural communities has given me a deep appreciation for how identity, language, and culture shape our experiences and influence mental health. I bring both sensitivity and genuine curiosity to understanding each patient’s cultural background and how it informs their treatment, ensuring that care is respectful, collaborative, and personalized.
