I did not feel heard about what is going on with my daughter. We were there for some back pain, and she did not even assess her back, had her bend over, or anything until I requested it. Then she orders an x-ray and I said I know her back is not broken, and then Dr. Mathew changed the order to x-ray to test for scoliosis. I felt like our appt was a complete waste and could have just taken her straight to ICC which Is where she recommended us going after her appt. I would have hoped Dr. Mathew could have validated some of the concerns, but l just felt rushed to get in and out and she was willing to write whatever order I needed, but what we really needed was assessment.
