In my practice I focus on patients individual concerns that crossover into issues of diet, and exercise. Going back to old records is very important to future care and doing what we can to prevent a future cardiac event. I try to make each patient feel personally attended to via MyChart.

Dr. Jain is an exceptional physician. He takes the time to listen and go through all aspects of the patient's care plan. Takes the time necessary to maintain best possible outcomes using relevant procedures and medication adjustments. In today's medical climate he is a rare find.
