Doctor had no bedside manner. I felt like she was uncaring and not really listening to my concerns
She seem perturbed that the initial eye drops administered failed to create proper dilation, and was a bit abrupt in administering the second set. Bedside manner could use some improvement.
The technician who did the testing was fantastic. Very concerned very polite, put me at ease immediately. Went through each of the tests and the expectations that would help them determine the healing process. Dr. Sharlin continued the treatment after the tests were concluded and answered the questions I had as well as layout a plan of treatment/
