"Dr. George-Brown was helpful and attentive, as she has always been (even in person). The video visit, however, never happened because of unknown technical issues. (A hardware test was successful but the connection never fully worked. It appeared to us that we were waiting for the doctor to join; she had joined and could hear us but we couldn't see or hear her.) She ended up calling for a phone visit. It was frustrating because we didn't want to waste our timeslot with technical delays. More info on how to troubleshoot technical issues would be helpful."
