I strive to pro­vide high qual­i­ty per­son­al­ized care and guid­ance, aim­ing to opti­mize my patien­t’s abil­i­ty to safe­ly pur­sue his/​her life’s inter­ests. I believe that the in-clin­ic phys­i­cal ther­a­py expe­ri­ence includes many ele­ments with infor­ma­tive expla­na­tions. I encour­age my clients’ engage­ment in reg­u­lar per­for­mance of their home exer­cise pro­grams and the prac­tice of good ergonomics/​body mechan­ics to reduce pain, restore mobil­i­ty, and regain function.
