My overall experience was excellent. I was able to schedule my appointment which worked perfectly for my open availability, the wait time was short. The staff was very helpful and supportive. Dr. Nina was very attentive to my health concerns, she was absolutely great.
Quick and efficient.
Receptionists did not greet or say anything to me while I stood there for over a minute. The nurse walked out and said "we will give her 3 more minutes and then we will cancel" to which I said, I'm right here. Then the receptionists finally checked me in. It was very nice of the dr to stay as I was running late. I booked the appointment last minute because my child was sent home from daycare sick. The dr was nice but the other staff were rude.
Dr. Matthew's is a great doctor very attentive listening to my needs and understanding to what needs to be addressed and done.
Dr. Mathew could have very well saved my life. She listened to my issues and immediately assessed I needed labs and imaging done that day. After reviewing her staff contacted me and had me go to the emergency room. I needed 4 uits of blood and an overnight stay. Dr. Mathew is an excellent physician and I'm very lucky she saw me, heard me and had the skill to recognize a critical condition.
