My personal practice style involves understanding what the person needs. I spend a few minutes getting to know my patients and understand what brought them to me in the first place. I then use that to guide treatment. I want to make sure that before leaving my office, the patient not only understands the diagnosis but also the treatment. I want people to understand the "why" of what we are doing. I also like to touch base on general lifestyle habits to build an overall healthier life. I spend the majority of my time at work, and I want to enjoy practicing medicine and want my patients to feel confident with their care.

I am trained to treat a wide variety of diseases and conditions. I have a family medicine background which I have dealt with more chronic conditions. I have spent the last 8 years in an urgent care setting. This has improved my skills in a wide array of procedures and different, acute disease processes.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends. We usually spend time eating and conversing. I am also a very active individual and enjoy a range of sports activities. I enjoy basketball and running. I also have increased weight lifting recently which I have found to be therapeutic. I am starting to get into golf as well. Other activities are poker, watching movies, comedy shows, coffee and fine wine.
