It is my passion and privilege to help individuals and families have a balanced and healthy life — emotionally, spiritually, and physically. I believe that much healing can be done through the counseling relationship, so my therapeutic focus is client-centered. In addition, I encourage Core Belief work, and explore with clients the ways in which their thinking styles are limiting them. I encourage and teach mindfulness practices to my clients. Whatever difficulties you bring, I am committed to helping you move toward hope and growth in your life.
