Sometimes, life doesn’t make sense. Pain, suffering, and relationships can throw us for loops that are often difficult, confusing, and lonely. It is my privilege to encourage and walk alongside individuals and families on a process of meaning-making that aims to improve satisfaction in life and in relationships. My hope is to create an environment in which people can delve deeply into their experiences so that they may be better equipped to engage life in the present moment as well as meet the demands of the future.
