Sandip Nijjar, APN was great

She was very nice, listened and asked a lot of questions. But she using a lot of medical terms/abbreviations that I didn't understand.There is nowhere else to add this comment though it's not directly towards this provider. I felt this specialty was very difficult to schedule with unless you were willing to go way North. They need more availability south. I had to speak with someone to schedule to confirm that the location I was going to for my appointment would still allow me to have a procedure south. I think your wait list needs work because my notifications were constant on sooner appointments but all locations that were an hour or more from me but I didn't want to be removed because I still wanted the possibility of a sooner appointment.

The dr valued my time & looked at me & listened to me. I felt heard.

Sandy provided me with details and suggestions regarding my health. She also gave me printed information to review later. Professional and friendly.

She was very informative and patient.
