I am passionate about population health and concentrate my efforts upstream” to capture a comprehensive approach to illness prevention and disease management. I utilize a holistic paradigm and biopsychosocial framework to identify biological, psychological, and social factors that influence health. I seek to understand and treat illness in the overall context of the whole person. I serve as an advocate for my patients and use a collaborative approach to individualize treatment and identify strategies to remove barriers to promote physical and mental health. My combined treatment approach includes pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, and psychosocial interventions to meet patients’ individualized needs.
