The wait was long. Dr. Boettcher is very thorough with his exams and explained everything in a way that my daughter understood. Very good doctor, highly recommended.
The doctor explained my daughter's condition and treatment options to her in a way she understood as a 4 year old.
It was very detailed visit to check my child and the follow up needed to make child feel better.
The doctor didn't even look at me. He quizzed and grilled his medical student the whole time. It was rather uncomfortable. The medical student was very nice. However, I felt very stupid as a mother for being there. I did not like this doctor, It was the only available open spot. I usually go to the Glen Ellyn location. I love all the doctors there. But this doctor was very rude and condescending. I did end up finding out my baby likely has eczema; not a rash. He asked his medical student if the rash bothered me or the baby more. Overall the experience was trash.
Dr. Boettcher is always great! Excellent clinician. He is experienced, on top of his game and we are always very confident in his treatment recommendations. Great follow up via messaging. He cares about his patients.
