Dr. Cara­bal­lo is a dis­tin­guished Neu­ro­mus­cu­lar Neu­rol­o­gist and rec­og­nized Key Opin­ion Leader (KOL) in myas­the­nia gravis and rare neu­ro­mus­cu­lar dis­eases. She spe­cial­izes in the eval­u­a­tion and treat­ment of myas­the­nia gravis and a wide range of neu­ro­mus­cu­lar dis­or­ders, bring­ing deep exper­tise and com­pas­sion­ate care to her patients. Through­out her career, Dr. Cara­bal­lo has served as a fac­ul­ty mem­ber at Mus­cu­lar Dys­tro­phy Asso­ci­a­tion Clin­ics and has con­tributed her exper­tise at esteemed insti­tu­tions includ­ing Parkview Health, Indi­ana Uni­ver­si­ty Health, and Advo­cate Health Care. She is now proud to join Duly Health Care, where she con­tin­ues her com­mit­ment to deliv­er­ing excep­tion­al, patient-cen­tered neu­ro­log­i­cal care. In addi­tion to her clin­i­cal prac­tice, Dr. Cara­bal­lo is a respect­ed nation­al speak­er and edu­ca­tor, fre­quent­ly pre­sent­ing at lead­ing con­fer­ences such as the Amer­i­can Acad­e­my of Neu­rol­o­gy Annu­al Meeting.

Clinical Interests
My med­ical inter­ests focus on the diag­no­sis and treat­ment of rare neu­ro­mus­cu­lar con­di­tions, par­tic­u­lar­ly myas­the­nia gravis and oth­er dis­or­ders affect­ing the nerves, mus­cles, and neu­ro­mus­cu­lar junc­tion. I care for both chil­dren and adults with these com­plex neu­ro­mus­cu­lar con­di­tions, pro­vid­ing com­pre­hen­sive, indi­vid­u­al­ized care. I have a strong inter­est in elec­tro­di­ag­nos­tic med­i­cine, includ­ing nerve con­duc­tion stud­ies and EMG, which are essen­tial tools in eval­u­at­ing neu­ro­mus­cu­lar dis­or­ders. I also per­form pro­ce­dures such as skin biop­sies and chemod­en­er­va­tion with bot­u­linum tox­in. In addi­tion to clin­i­cal care, I’m pas­sion­ate about patient edu­ca­tion and advo­ca­cy, help­ing indi­vid­u­als and fam­i­lies bet­ter under­stand and man­age their conditions.
Personal Interests
I enjoy play­ing golf, lis­ten­ing to music, danc­ing, read­ing, trav­el­ing, and spend­ing qual­i­ty time with my family.
