I believe every client should be treated as a person and not as their disorder. My therapeutic approach is holistic and based on the needs of each client. I incorporate DBT, ACT and CBT principles to suit the needs of the individual and a Christian centered approach for those preferring this worldview.

Behavioral & Mental Health insurance coverage varies by provider.

Clinical Interests

I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Clinical interests include: mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, Autism spectrum disorder and co-dependency. I have worked in a residential facility, crisis intervention and private practice.

Personal Interests

I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my dogs, biking, boating and reading.
