"I was referred to the ENT, after arriving for the appointment, I was introduced to Tania and I believe she did a great job in my care, she was attentive, she was determined, she listened to my concerns and tried to either eliminate those concerns or try to explain that it may take time for healing. This was a 5-month treatment and she never wavered in care or attentiveness, she always assisted in scheduling before leaving, she did a fantastic job."
