After graduating from residency, I wanted to give back to the community that raised me. I believe in practicing medicine with compassion, collaboration and clear communication. My goal is to build trusting relationships with patients and their families by listening carefully, addressing concerns and providing evidence-based care. I strive not only to treat illness but also to guide patients in preventing future health issues, empowering them to take an active role in their well-being.

My interests include chronic disease management, preventative care and prompting healthy lifestyles. I am especially focused on conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular health, and I enjoy working closely with patients to create individualized plans to improve their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
Outside of medicine I try to stay active by going to the gym and playing sports. I am also an avid traveler and mixed martial arts fan.

I apologize I didn't get the names of the front staff but they were wonderful! I am physically impaired and walking is difficult, but I felt like they were glad to see me. Afterwards, they were helpful with getting my next appointment scheduled and providing any paperwork I required.Dr. Tasneem was awesome too. He was familiar with the information provided in MyChart already so I didn't have to spend much time catching him up with my concerns. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and listened well. I'll be following up with him on his move to Joliet.
