After graduating residency I wanted to give back to the community that raised me. I believe in practicing medicine with compassion, collaboration and clear communication. My goal is to build trusting relationships with patients and their families by listening carefully, addressing concerns and providing evidence-based care. I strive not only to treat illness but also guide patients in preventing future health issues, empowering them to take an active role in their well being.

My interests include chronic disease management, preventative care and prompting healthy lifestyles. I am especially focused on conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular health, and I enjoy working closely with patients to create individualized plans to improve their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
Outside of medicine I try to stay active by going to the gym and playing sports. I am also an avid traveler and mixed martial arts fan.

Great experience, Dr Habib was very patient and answered all of my questions and addressed all concerns I had.
The nurse Amanda went above and beyond to help me. My doctor left the office and connecting me to Dr Habib. Between the both of them, they made that transitions easy for me. Professional, courteous, and caring.

This Dr is EXCELLENT!! I was there to establish a new primary care Dr. He took ample time explaining everything we talked about. He spent more time with me than any previous Dr. He had previewed my medical records prior to seeing me. I was vet impressed!!!
