I enjoy building long-term relationships with patients, and I look forward to getting to know them as an individual. It brings me joy to help work toward goals with evidence-based practices and help patients achieve tangible results, as well as seeing their spirits lift.

I have a strong interest in shared decision making, as treatment is highly individualized and is a continuum. Education, prevention and stress management are also of importance to me when managing weight loss.
Outside of work, I enjoy taking my dog for walks, wine tasting, trying out new recipes (although I'm a disaster at actually cooking) and watching scary movies.
