I am pleased with my first visit with her. She was professional, listened attentively to my concerns, and took my pain seriously. She developed a clear plan and provided solutions. I felt heard, respected, and confident in the care I received. I highly recommend her.
I haven't had a primary care provider for several years and found Ashley Cheon when I moved to Illinois. She is the best! When I had my new patient visit she listened to all of my concerns and addressed all of them. At my intake I had routine screening labs done and she identified abnormal levels of my thyroid and immediately referred me to an endocrinologist and still continues to check my patient chart and will send me messages reminding me to do something for my care. Her body language was engaged throughout my visit which made me feel like I could open up to her more and not be so formal with my responses. At the end of most visits, providers will say they're there if you need anything and not to hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns. Ashley is truly the first provider I've had who has made me feel like I actually can reach out without worrying that I'm being an inconvenience.
