Very communicative from everyone involved.
Overall great experience as a new patient who saw Dr. Kim for the first time. He is incredibly personable and educative. Dr. Kim's kind demeanor can be noted. No computer just face-to-face interaction that impressed me since many providers have computers that divide the communication between them and patients.
