Dr Chien has been absolutely amazing since we started going to her two months ago. She listens to all of our concerns and doesn't brush anything off. She is very knowledgeable and takes care of our baby with such love and compassion.

We've been seeing Dr. Chien since our baby was born, and I truly can't say enough good things about her care. She is incredibly thorough at every visit and takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure all of our questions are answered. What I appreciate most is her balanced approach- she knows when to be appropriately conservative, but she is also quick to escalate care when needed, which gives us so much confidence as parents. After a recent ER visit, she went out of her way to personally call me back first thing in the morning when the clinic opened just to check on our baby. That level of care and follow-up meant so much.She is not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and compassionate. At one point, she even personally walked over to another provider in the building to get an immediate second opinion on a medication change- something she absolutely didn't have to do, but did because she truly cares.We feel very fortunate to have her as our child's pediatrician and would highly recommend her to any family looking for thoughtful, attentive, and compassionate care.
