While Fhyne was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable, her nurse, Naomi was above and beyond. I believe wholeheartedly that because of Naomi's bedside manner, kindness, and compassion, I felt much more at ease talking about an uncomfortable problem. I felt like I was in the right place and would be getting the right care. I would especially like to recognize Naomi as an outstanding health care provider. The first point of contact can make all the difference.
