I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Klepek and Tammi. Both individuals were extremely pleasant and friendly. Regarding Dr. Klepek, I am so fortunate to have her as my primary physician. She shows so much compassion and takes her time answering my myriad questions. She gives excellent advice and provides relevant examples to support her recommendations. She said she had reviewed my lab reports the evening before my visit, which was very impressive. She thoroughly reviewed my lab reports with me and explained the findings. Prior to my visit, I had contacted her regarding some concerns, and she (and Tammi) promptly responded. That was great! She also provided more information via MyChart soon after my appointment regarding a procedure and urged me to contact her with questions or concerns. I left my visit yesterday feeling so positive and enlightened. Dr. Klepek is the best!
