My provider was efficient, had a comforting presence, and was confident in a positive way. It was easy to trust her guidance, however communication is an area to improve as she was very short. There wasn't enough detail, instruction or explanation provided for the proposed procedure as well as questions prior. All questions were answered with a few words to maybe a sentence or two. The responsibility of deciphering the procedure process, from pre to post, was left up to me and pain management was addressed with anti-anxiety medication. One dose. I would still recommend my practitioner, it was an overall good experience but could be improved.
