Original appointment was changed by Duly with some confusion about when I was rescheduled, resulting In my primary Dr being out the day I arrived. After explaining the situation to the reception staff, they were beyond helpful and I was able to see Dr Sutherland Instead. Can't thank him or the staff enough as I do not live close by.
Dr Sutherland asked about my history and family. I will be back !
