Katie was very good at answering in layman's terms, so she was easy to understand. She was very patient to listen to what I had to say and then responded. And I am glad she offered me the option to come back in two months. And also giving me another option if the first meds don't work she told me to try a second option. Also the young lady who was shadowing Katie was also very considerate and showed concern.
