Wise Dr Bennet asks questions and listens to answers, explains reasoning for further treatments or tests and provides referrals, asks for specifics as well as for general overall abilities, feeling ,and health; follows up on previous conversations and issues, Is gentle and discreet about potentially sensitive or private issues. Provides an open listening atmosphere which allows questions and and any needed reveals. She notices patient efforts to understand their own health care and efforts to follow her directions.
