I began my career as a registered nurse, providing hands-on care and education to patients in areas such as long-term care, home health, medical aesthetics, and orthopedic surgery. Working in various areas of healthcare over the years has helped me develop many skills which are valuable to treating chronic conditions. I strive to empower patients by encouraging autonomy, and to provide individualized care. I am extremely passionate about weight loss management, as well as helping patients achieve their goals.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, staying active/running, reading, and traveling to new places.
