Dr. Lis is the most caring doctor I have ever had and I'm very grateful to be in her care. I have been seeing her for a number of years, and I truly appreciate how caring, gentle, and attentive she is. She always takes the time to listen and treats me as a whole person rather than rushing through the visit. I feel genuinely heard and understood, and it's clear that she knows me well. This visit was no exception-she listened to me and showed real compassion. She is the only doctor I have had who always comments and sends me a message on My Chart whenever I have test results. She is the reason I stay with Duly. The nurse and staff at this office are always very professional, helpful, and pleasant.

Dr. Lisa has been my doctor for many years and has been great.The only issue is the wait time - 25 minutes after I arrived, and then 30 minutes after I was in the exam room before I saw Dr. Lisa. Dr Lis acknowledged the delay and was very apologetic, and this only happened once before when seeing her.Very happy with her as my primary care physician.
