I am very happy with this doctor. He actually listens and explains things very well. The rest of the staff is amazing as well.
Dr Hernandez was quite willing to answer multiple detailed or technical questions regarding the medical condition and treatment. He did not "dumb down" the answers. I appreciate his willingness to do this and spend the time answering all of our questions. One negative: Dr. Hernandez has a tendency to speak very quickly, making it more difficult to understand the appropriately technical answers I wanted. He should slow down a little.
