Dr. Franklin seemed very rushed. Did not tell us about blood work to be drawn. I read it on the after visit summary. Left the room when staff member knocked and never came back. Most of my questions were answered by the nurse Anna who very informative and helpful. Received more satisfaction from nurse than physician.
So thankful for Dr. Franklin and the time he spent answering my questions and speaking into my situations at hand with both understanding and knowledge. Felt like a teamwork situation and an ally. Love his demeanor and attentiveness.
