I have a strong focus on preventive medicine, maintaining long-term health and wellness with life style changes and weight management . My practice style is patient-focused and personalized with minimal medications. I spend time with my patients to discuss their lifestyle and habits. I also treat complex issues with focus on secondary prevention such as diabetes/hypertension/obesity to name few conditions. I am culturally and emotionally sensitive of my patients.

Although my doctor was not available, I was directed to another doctor for the next day. She was able to address my problem. I now have an appointment with my regular doctor for follow through.
