The Doctor's assistant Kelly was terrific! Very knowledgeable and helpful.
While booking appointment , I have selected option eye exam with glass prescription' .But doctor was not ready to prescribe instead asked to visit some other optometrist . Stating they do surgical related and do not provide prescriptions.But as per appointment I was supposed to get a prescription. Doctor was so good with rest of aspects and conducted all the checks but I am not sure whether this is an issue from doctor or bug in my chart . If you do not provide prescription kindly remove option from my chart . As per available info she is OD and as I understand OD can prescribe glasses .
The nurses and the doctors were GREAT! Dr. Bagwakar a Patel were very helpful and professional. The listened to my concern and were very knowledgeable.
