The provider came in the room didn't ask me how I was seemed like she was in a bad mood went right to her computer. After I explained my concerns, she said, " I don't know if I can help you" Before she even examined me. I really felt like she didn't want to be there.
Dr. Drugas always listens to my concerns carefully and takes time to review my healthcare needs to ensure I've kept up with what I need to take care of. I normally go in for this type of visit, but since I was not able to go in person, I'm grateful for the opportunity to do a video visit. With the meds prescribed, I'm feeling much better already.
