Marianna Bigos expressed the blood results in great detail and answered all my questions without hesitation.
Dr. Desai's office was slammed yesterday. The wait time was a bit long, but I'd wait hours before complaining. Why? Simple, he and Dr. Franklin are the best doctors I've ever been lucky enough to have in my life. Due to Dr. Desai's very busy day, I was seen by Marianna. She was great. Terrific bedside manner and very clear with communication. Like Dr Desai, she talked to me and not at me. She's also a great listener.She offered to have Dr. D. Pop in, but she did so well with everything I was perfectly satisfied with seeing her. I knew doc was super busy as well. Mariana's professionalism reminded me very much of Dr. Desai's. I was totally pleased with her follow-up plan and the way she approached my issue.
She was very informative about my progress and also showed concern about any questions I had.
