Very sweet!
Dr. Carlson was patient and answered all of my questions. It was nice not to feel rushed during a visit. She also sent the follow up protocol to MyChart immediately.
Very caring and respectful
My condition was actually more severe than I realized. Mackenna actually had one of her colleagues verify this, and suggested it was very important to go to the ER
She was awkward and made odd comments during the exam that made me uncomfortable. The whole experience was odd and uncomfortable and the first time a doctor has ever made me feel that way. I think she has potential to be good, but does need to work on her social etiquette and bed side manner.
