We love Mr. BOETTCHER. My kids grew up in this practice. My youngest is almost 16.
This provider could have been one of the worst visits. He was already shaking his head no when I was explaining why my son needs a medical clearance form. He then was questioning if my insurance will pay for my son's surgery, kept on asking me for the price. He was telling me that what the dentist recommended was all a lie and that it's just for money. He was not very gentle or calming with the exam of my son. My son was terrified and was crying. Although I got what we needed, it was a bad experience. I feel bad for the way he talked to the front desk and I do feel bad that there was a student with him. I wouldn't want to shadow a doctor who was condescending to their patients.

Doctor had a student who was very prepared and very personable. I think this reflects well on the Doctor teaching the student as well.
Dr. Boettcher has been our go-to physician for our children for years, and we truly cannot say enough great things about the care he provides. He has been with our kids since they were newborns, even serving as the pediatrician who discharged our son from the hospital, so he has been part of their journey from the very beginning.He consistently shows exceptional care, patience, and dedication at every visit. Dr. Boettcher always goes above and beyond to make appointments a positive experience for the kids, often finding ways to make their time there fun and comfortable. In fact, even our oldest says that going to the doctor is fun, which speaks volumes!We are so grateful for the compassion and attention he gives our children and highly recommend Dr. Boettcher to any family looking for a trusted and caring pediatrician.
