We love Mr. BOETTCHER. My kids grew up in this practice. My youngest is almost 16.
This provider could have been one of the worst visits. He was already shaking his head no when I was explaining why my son needs a medical clearance form. He then was questioning if my insurance will pay for my son's surgery, kept on asking me for the price. He was telling me that what the dentist recommended was all a lie and that it's just for money. He was not very gentle or calming with the exam of my son. My son was terrified and was crying. Although I got what we needed, it was a bad experience. I feel bad for the way he talked to the front desk and I do feel bad that there was a student with him. I wouldn't want to shadow a doctor who was condescending to their patients.

Both the Nurse and Doctor Boettcher were very thorough, patient and caring. I very much appreciate the time they take with us to listen and diagnose, also the follow up is appreciated. Great doctor and care team.
We've been going to Dr Boettcher for 10 years and he is the best with my son. He's very personable and knowledgeable and I will miss going to him once my son is too old for pediatrics.
