On Mar 5 my dermatologist recommended seeing an ENT regarding a suspicious area on my cheek. That day I called Dr K's office to make an appointment earlier than my scheduled on on Mar. 30. I was connected to a nurse at Dr K's office. She took my symptom info & said they would call me back. They called the next day and got me in on the 10th - much better than I had expected. When I saw Dr. K, he determined that it wasn't what the dermatologist had thought, and decided to watch it for now. I thought it was well-handled at each step!
