Caring for patients across every stage of life, from newborns to grandparents, has shown me how the habits we build early and the screenings we prioritize over time compound into lasting health. I focus on proactive screenings, sustainable lifestyle habits, and early intervention as the most powerful tools for preventing disease before it starts. I treat every patient as I would my own family — with warmth, honesty, and a genuine commitment to helping them stay well, not just get well.

Clinical Interests

My clinical interests include women's health and musculoskeletal medicine, with a special focus on supporting women through every stage of life. I also have a strong interest in weight management and diabetes management, helping patients build sustainable strategies to improve their metabolic health. I enjoy caring for pediatric patients, and as a mother myself, I bring genuine empathy and understanding to every family I see. Being an athlete and fitness enthusiast in my own life fuels my passion for helping patients build movement and activity into their everyday routines."

Personal Interests

Outside the office, I'm a mom who cherishes time with my family, an avid fencer, and someone who stays active through weightlifting and running. I enjoy cooking Mediterranean dishes and exploring new destinations when I travel. These passions for movement, good food, and new experiences are part of what I try to bring into my relationships with patients, encouraging them toward an active, balanced life
