Arrived for appointment - receptionists "forgot" to check me in. Waited 1 hour before I finally went to the reception desk and ask how much longer it may be before seeing the doctor. That is when the receptionist realized she forgot to check me in. No harm - it happens. When I saw the doctor he was very apologetic for what happened.
Dr. Mathew is very professional, but also very personable.
