My visit was a follow up to a hospital visit and need to do office visit with surgeon. Call center kept question my need to schedule despite my clear message that Dr. Wanted to see me following a hospital stay for in person follow up. Scheduler wanted to know why I needed appointment and why I was in hospital, despite my telling them that this was a Dr directed and needed visit. It took three requests and my insistence that she make the appointment. Time consuming and unnecessary!
Dr. Grant was to the point in discussing my issue. I was not at all concerned about problem until Dr.Grant pointed out serious risks if I treated it too lightly.
Appreciate Dr Grant getting me in to see him quickly for consultation . He was very clear , concise , with status and game plan moving forward
