I have broad based training in General Surgery with a special interest in minimally invasive approaches for breast surgery, hernia repair and bowel surgery, including anti-reflux procedures, bowel resections, and colon surgery. I offer robotic assisted and laparoscopic approaches to commonly performed surgeries.

I am completely satisfied and impressed with this first visit to DULY. My experience was excellent from the receptionist to the RN to Dr. Klemine, who was professional, thorough, respectful, and friendly. Great bedside manner. I recently moved to IL from KY and am looking to change from my current PCP to a PCP at DULY, the experience was that positive. That I can receive treatment for all my medical issues (oncology, urology, surgery, gastroenterology) within one entity is a huge and desired positive. Sincere thanks to all, especially Dr. Klemine who put me at ease and provided me with great optimism going forward. I have never hugged a physician before, but I hugged Dr. Klemine at the end of exam.
