I have a par­tic­u­lar inter­est in treat­ing osteoarthri­tis of the hip and knees includ­ing con­ser­v­a­tive treat­ments such as corticosteroid/​viscosupplement injec­tions as well as sur­gi­cal inter­ven­tion includ­ing ante­ri­or approach total hip replace­ment and knee replace­ment. My train­ing allows me to inde­pen­dent­ly treat patients in the hos­pi­tal and office set­ting as well as assist in the oper­at­ing room. I enjoy work­ing col­lab­o­ra­tive­ly with physi­cians to ensure each patient receives the most effec­tive treat­ment plan. My pri­or expe­ri­ence as an orthopaedic trau­ma physi­cian assis­tant for 4.5 years treat­ing patien­t’s with wide range of injuries/​fractures has allowed for sig­nif­i­cant growth as a provider.

I enjoy spend­ing time out­doors with my fam­i­ly includ­ing my hus­band, son and lab/​border col­lie. We enjoy­ing vis­it­ing my sis­ters in Iowa and Min­neso­ta where we fre­quent the dog parks, go boat­ing and swimming.
