"Dr Patel is new to me. I had a lot of questions about the proposed surgery. He was patient and took time to explain everything he would do surgically. He even showed me pictures (x-ray type things) of a surgery he had recently done on a patient with a similar Issue. He was clear about the risks. He was very confident, but not arrogant In the least. I really like that about him."

"He seemed thorough. Nice humble personality with confidence. I like that he didn't wear a lab coat. It seemed more personal and more open. When there is no LAB COAT, he is not above us he is with us. It was more like a friend than a business relationship. Even though It Is business, It doesn't have to feel like ALL BUSINESS. I prefer the lack of lab coat."
