Rachel Benson was very good.
I was somewhat nervous coming into the appointment. Rachael was very friendly and personable and quickly eased my nerves. She reviewed my diagnosis and asked questions about my feelings since last time. She was knowledgeable and responded well to my questions. When Dr. Baer came in she explained to him what she observed. I felt comforted by the level of care provided by Rachael and Dr. Baer.
